The Russian and Turkish Baths expose users to intense, elevated temperatures and extreme cold. To ensure a safe and restorative experience, all guests must read and adhere to the following medical guidelines.
Facility Danger Warnings

Extreme Temperature Risk
If used improperly, or by individuals with underlying health issues, exposure to intense heat can be harmful to your health, causing severe overheating, hyperthermia, and in extreme cases, death.

Listen to Your Body
Leave the sauna, banya, or steam room immediately if you begin to feel uncomfortable, dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, or sleepy.

Time Limits
Staying too long in the thermal rooms can cause critical overheating. Please adhere to recommended time limits (typically 5 to 15 minutes max per session) and rest between cycles.

High-Risk Individuals
Children under the age of 10, the elderly, and individuals currently taking prescription medication, alcohol, or recreational drugs are especially at risk and must exercise extreme caution.

Pregnancy & Medical Care
If you are pregnant or currently under active medical care, you must check with your doctor before using the thermal baths or cold plunges.
Mandatory Physician Consultation: If you suffer from a serious illness, or have an acute heart, circulatory, or respiratory problem, you must consult a physician before using our facilities.
